Aditya Vardhan’s extensive academic background complements his leadership role. He holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree and a Master’s in English (M.A. English), which reflects his deep commitment to education. He has also completed an MBA, adding a robust business acumen to his profile, enabling him to lead effectively in today’s dynamic environment. Additionally, he has pursued specialized studies in the business of Diamond and Gemology, sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, as part of a project by The Gems & Jewelry Export Promotion Council. Furthermore, he holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Cosmetology from City & Guilds, United Kingdom, and has studied Public Policy and Governance in India from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS).

This noble endeavor has indelibly impacted over 700,000 lives annually, uplifting women, youth, and families through a comprehensive array of skill development and educational initiatives.

The Society’s reach extends to more than 2,000 villages across 35 districts in Uttarakhand and neighboring states, with over 400 projects aimed at uplifting marginalized communities.
