On 1st February 2025, St. George’s Academy Society joyously celebrated Vasant Panchami, marking the arrival of spring and paying tribute to the goddess Saraswati, the embodiment of wisdom, learning, and creativity. The entire school community, including staff, students, and faculty, came together to honor this auspicious occasion with enthusiasm and reverence.
The campus was adorned with beautiful decorations in hues of yellow and white, reflecting the spirit of the festival. Students and staff participated in the celebrations by wearing traditional attire in vibrant shades of yellow, orange, and white, symbolizing prosperity, purity, and the arrival of spring.
A special Saraswati Puja was conducted, invoking blessings for academic excellence and artistic growth. The air was filled with devotional hymns and the aroma of freshly prepared offerings, creating an atmosphere of spiritual upliftment.
