On 26th January 2025, St. George’s Academy Society proudly celebrated India’s 76th Republic Day, honoring the nation’s rich legacy and democratic values. The event was marked with great enthusiasm as students, teachers, and staff gathered to pay tribute to the Constitution of India and the spirit of unity.
The ceremony commenced with the hoisting of the national flag, followed by the singing of the National Anthem, filling the air with pride and patriotism. Speeches by students and faculty highlighted the significance of this historic day, reminding everyone of their duties as responsible citizens.
The cultural performances, including dances, songs, and skits, were a vibrant display of India’s diversity and heritage, reflecting the nation’s unity in its multitude of cultures. The program also featured a tribute to the heroes of our freedom struggle, reminding us of the sacrifices that built our great republic.
